At Visual Motion, every floor plan we produce includes both a standard, full colour PDF version and a fully interactive version.
The PDF version is a full colour plan with your branding and is suitable for printing.
The interactive floor plan is a great tool which has our professionally photographed images embeded onto to the plan, which allows your protential buyers a more visual layout of the property.
Each interactive floor plan has its own web page incorporating your company branding.

Standard 2D Floor Plan

The Standard Shoot is comprised of 20 daytime propfessional images. This shoot is the most popular shoot for all sizes of houses or large apartments.

3D Floor Plan

3D Floor Plans are designed to present a clear and simple 3D illustration of the layout of a property. This serves the purpose perfectly… but with Visual Motion you can go much, much further as we can provide you with a realistic 3-D ‘model’ of your property.

Site Plan

A great way presenting how the property is stituated on the block of land. All our house floor plans come with a full colour site plan for free.
